We had found the flexsteel reclining leather furniture we wanted at a local furniture shop, but they were not flexible on their prices. We found the LeatherShoppes online while looking for other retailers. We bought our furniture online based on the reviews we read. Mandy and John were very helpful and answered all our questions and helped us have a very smooth process. It was worth the wait from 8/3/11 when we placed our order until it arrived 10/3/11. I recommend the White Glove Delivery as the moving crew brought everything in and placed it where we asked, then waited for us to check everything out. Oh my goodness! Where do we begin? The service was above and beyond all expectations. Communication via phone and email was outstanding...every question was answered within hours of our inquiry.I always dealt with the same person (John) who always knew what the order was, who we were, and what we were trying to accomplish. We were not just an "order number in the books." Color swatches were received within days of request and more swatches were (patiently) sent when the first ones didn't work. We live in a remote area, but spent a day when we went to the closest town to furniture shop. The instant we sat in the flexsteel furniture we both changed our minds from the microfiber fabric and decided that this leather furniture was what we had always wanted. There was nothing else that was as comfortable. Then we comparison shopped online which was a bit unnerving. The price difference (almost a $1000 difference on the sofa & two chairs with ottomans) and the testimonials for LeatherShoppes convinced me to give it a try. Their customer service has been great - courteously answering any questions. The delivery was even earlier than predicted - closer to four weeks instead of six. We spent alot of time looking for the right leather chairs. We went to every High end furniture store in the city, and actually had ordered 2 recliners from 2 different stores. They were custom. 1st set bled color off leather (very famous brand), second set ( famous national brand) made so poorly even the store wanted to send them back. Your store was perfect. 1st time buyer but it wont be the last!! The furniture we purchased was $2000 cheaper than our local store, which carried the same exact pieces. Plus our local store wanted us to purchase the furniture off of the floor in "AS IS" condition. Only downfall is it takes a while to be delivered, but when I realized we saved so much $$$ it was totally worth it. The delivery men brought it into our house and set everything up perfectly. This is the first time we have ordered furniture on line and it was a very favorable experience. The people we dealt with on line were knowledgeable, perhaps more so than those in the brick and mortar stores we visited. I will say that if we had not been able to "test drive" this furniture in a local store to see if it "fit" us, we would probably not have ordered on line. The coordination with sales, delivery and us was very good. Very good. We were kept up to date with arrival time and it was accurate. The delivery crew was professional. They arrived on a drizzly day but care was taken to protect the furniture and our house. They were polite and efficient. We were not rushed so we had time to look over each piece, a leather sofa, loveseat and recliner from Flexsteel. It apparently was handled all the way through the shipping process with care... not a scar, and the workmanship (stitching, reclining mechanisms) all seemed good. Like a good dessert at the end of a meal, they wrapped up our dealings with your company in the best way... on a sweet note. We have had the furniture for 5 days and just love it! We bought the Flexsteel Latitudes couch and recliner love seat. They are awesome and really comfortable. The experience was as expected for the most part. Got a great deal on the price compared to local store and was delivered in a couple of months. Lethershoppes was great with communication after I purchased and up to delivery. Delivery guys were great too! At first I was hesitant to order online, but in the end it was a great experience and I would look at Leathershoppes again when I look for new leather furniture at a great price. My only other concern is if there is a need for warranty coverage in the future, how frustrating will that be to get someone here to do the work? Hopefully we dont have to find out!

I spent hours researching leather furniture, complicated by the desire to replace our living room furniture with recliners. After researching manufacturers online, I decided on Flexsteel. I learned that the collection I was attracted to was made in China, so I decided to find another collection made in the USA. We shopped the area furniture stores for prices and to sit in the pieces. The best prices we were quoted were much higher than Leather Shoppes. Once we chose the pieces and options, Leather Shoppes sent us a document of what to expect. The furniture was manufactured as the document stated. Once the furniture was picked-up by the delivery service, Leather Shoppes sent another document about the delivery process. One minor flaw escaped detection at delivery. I emailed photos immediately, and Leather Shoppes scheduled a service to contact us and correct the problem. They corrected the situation professionally on the first visit. No hassles, good information, professional, kept us informed, they performed as per their information, no surprises, timely, great service, and saved us money.

I have been purchasing furniture for years from local furniture stores. This was the first time I placed an order for a bedroom set with Leather Shoppes. When I called for information, it was as if the gentleman on the other end knew me for years. Professional and courteous, he went out of his way to assist me with each piece of furniture that I asked about. I, like many others, was reluctant to order furniture over the internet without having had the chance to try it out first. I called Leather shoppes and asked many questions about their furniture brands and durability and the time it would take to get particular items. They sent me leather samples from two items I was most interested in, and after sleeping on the decision for a couple of weeks , I bit the bullet and ordered the Palliser Rhumba Home theater chairs. Everything worked out perfectly. I've had the chairs for a couple of weeks now, and I would have to give 5 stars to every aspect of the order. Five stars to Leather Shoppe' sales and service, for their recommendations and no pressure sales and service, and the free shipping and delivery on the day promised. This one was about $1000 cheaper than the local furniture dealer could do for me and about $400 better than the other internet dealer could do. Plus by ordering from the website the furniture was delivered directly to my house and placed in my living room. I did not have touch it or pick it up. We were nervous about buying recliners online from a company we'd never heard of two states away. We narrowed our choices down to Flexsteel styles down by looking around locally first. But we live in a town without many furniture stores, and they all have poor reputations for customer service and warranty issues, as well as rather expensive prices. Leathershoppes had the best website we found to look at a wide selection of recliners, plus an interesting explanation of different manufacturers, and better prices than we could find in Arizona. We also found their telephone customer service very patient and helpful with our many questions. Ahead of actually placing our order, we found out that the price was going to be more than quoted for our first color choice, but we were able to get our second choice for the "sale" price, so that worked out OK. After that, we were more hesitant about ordering with them, but their prices were so good, and Jim and John were both excellent on the phone, so we made the order. The ordering process was very professional, with a contract faxed to us asap, which had a few minor discrepancies, which were quickly corrected in a friendly manner via phone and another fax. The delivery time given was accurate...in fact we got the email that the furniture was ready some days early! The delivery company only sent one man for the "White Glove" service...thankfully he had called us on his way, and we'd explained it was a two-man job to get the recliners into our TV room. So he called and asked for a helper. Ten minutes after he arrived alone, and we'd opened the boxes and pre-inspected the chairs in the back of the truck, the other shipping company employee arrived, and the two men carefully brought both recliners into the room and waited while we tested them out, etc. Our Flexsteel recliners are beautiful and comfortable, and we are happy we did this transaction. We'll definitely consider leathershoppes for furniture in the future. ell, I was skeptical about ordering furniture from the internet, but this experience was very smooth! We received our furniture on time, and in perfect condition. The communication was very good back and forth, which was also a surprise. We saved about $700 off of the local retailers price for the exact same item, so that was an added bonus!

I am very pleased with our decision to purchase our furniture, online, from Leathershoppes. We were able to quickly locate our target sofa and loveseat on Leathershoppes website. The response time from our e-mail request for a quote was very quick (24hrs). I followed up the quote with a phone call to get comfortable with the whole ordering / delivery process. I spoke with Jim who was very confident in Leathershoppes services, and helpful in explaining the process and ensuring the product quoted was what we intended. Jim estimated a delivery time from the date of order, which ended up being almost to the day accurate. The delivery crew was friendly, neat, and quick. However I am not sure the white glove premium was worth the extra cost, as I did not notice anything extraordinary about the delivery. Pros: Best Price Anywhere. Cons: I was interested in a piece of furniture that was not listed on the website, even though they carry that brand. I emailed, and they said they did not have that piece. But while I was waiting for an email response, I also called---I got through to John, who looked it up, and said they could get it. So, the lesson is if there is a piece of furniture not listed, call! They may be able to get it. The other bad thing was that our quality piece of furniture had legs that could not be removed which made getting it up our stairs very very tricky. Make sure you ask if the piece has removable legs and plan accordingly

And we saved about $1000 on the purchase compared to other furniture stores in Huntsville. Customer service was good when we were ordering the sofa. But while I placed the sofa order I ordered the leather cleaning and conditioning kit, but it did not come in the mail. So I called and they said to just order it online. It seems like they could have offered to place the order over the phone for me like they did the sofa. But overall a good experience.

At the store we were able to sit on the sectional and it was extremly comfortable. We had fabric from the our other pieces and the leather was a perfect match. After much research and price comparison, I finally ordered a leather sectional that I've been wanting for such a long time. It was well worth the wait! The quality and comfort of it far exceeded my expectations, especially since I was ordering "site unseen". Everything went as stated with email updates during the ordering and manufacturing process to phone calls during the delivery process. The only negative was the long wait. The website states 30-90 days and it definitely is near the 90 days for completion. We sold our old stuff rather quickly so to us the wait seemed much longer, but again, worth it! We went to a couple of reputable Palliser dealers to get a quote on the pieces we wanted. the price we were getting was consistently higher that Leather Shoppes by as much as $3500 . This is the best option since furniture is heavy , why risk damaging it, let the pros bring it in and set it up. the furniture looks and feels great. we bought an all leather couch, theater seating in a geranium red color. my wife wanted this color I was skeptical but I really like the color. the delivery service was great they called said they would be there on this date between 4 hour window and they showed up within the time frame unloaded setup and cleaned up all wrappings. if I were to buy furniture again I wouldnt hesitate to buy online especially from the Leather Shoppe.

I'm very pleased with the custom Bradington Young reclining sofa I purchased. I wanted this brand and couldn't find it locally, so I figured if I had to buy through a store 50 or more miles away, who ordered cross-country from the factory anyway, I might as well do some price shopping on the internet. We had been searching far and wide for a good leather sofa, well made and with a good lower back support. A sofa with zipper access to the pads in the event we ever needed to replace the padding. The support from the store personnel was great. I cannot rave enough about my experience with LeatherShoppes. Starting with a price that was $600- $1000 less than any other internet or retail store. Jack was great to work with and as I was hesitating about the color of the sectional selected(which I had seen online and in store) he offered to send a few swatches. From the time I ordered until it was delivered everything went on schedule with Janet keeping in touch along the way with updates. There was a minor glitch when delivered, one foot was damaged and 4 were the wrong color. I contacted Jack and he was able to get the correct feet delivered to me and arranged for their installation. Our Flexsteel Latitude Couch and Loveseat arrived very well packaged and damage free. I placed the order on Oct 5, 2007 and was told that it could be a while but we were advised of upcoming delivery and received our order within 3 and 1/2 weeks after placing.
